Sparkpr was called to action in 1999 when banking innovator and First USA co-founder Richard Vague teamed with Jim Stewart, a former First USA executive vice president to create Juniper Bank, an online financial services company. Juniper launched in October 2000, and we have supported them continuously through their acquisition by Barclays. Barclays Bank Delaware is now the 13th largest credit card issuer in the U.S. and one of the fastest growing, with more than $4 billion in receivables.

Sparkpr continues to work with Barclays Bank on a number of corporate and industry initiatives.
