Interns become full-fledged team members and get to participate on client calls, team meetings, and brainstorm sessions. For stellar candidates, there is also a possibility of full-time hire at the completion of the program.

What does a Spark Intern get to do?

  • Experience exposure to clients across all of our practice groups
  • Contribute to new business pitches and agency initiatives
  • Provide coverage monitoring and reporting
  • Client and industry research
